Our composite hoses, reinforced with helix wire, are ideal for fuel transfer and venting applications.
Nexus FTS ensures each hose assembly is cut to precise lengths, offering clients tailored solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance in industrial field operations.
Tailored Solutions
Every composite hose is specified based on the fluid, environment, and operating conditions to ensure long-term performance and safety. Nexus works closely with fleet operators to select the right materials and construction for each transfer application, whether it’s fuel, chemical, or vapor service.
Why Composite Hoses? Nexus composite hoses are constructed with multiple layers of engineered materials, bound between internal and external wire helixes. This layered design allows each hose to be tailored to the specific fuel, vapor, or chemical being transferred, ensuring safety, strength, and flexibility in demanding environments. The wire-reinforced construction provides high-pressure handling while maintaining a lightweight, easy-to-handle design with a tight bend radius, resulting in durable, long-lasting hoses suitable for a wide range of bulk transfer applications.
Key Benefits:
- Configurable end fittings to suit fleet and site standards
- Hose construction tailored to media type and operating pressure
- Reinforced wire helix for strength and structural integrity
- Lightweight design with excellent flexibility
- Abrasion and puncture-resistant outer cover
- Efficient, long-life performance in harsh conditions
